The Restaurant Store is seeking a Front End Associate to deliver exceptional service at our retail location. You will manage cashier duties, assist customers at the front of the store, and serve as the first point of contact for in-store and phone inquiries, ensuring a smooth checkout experience.

This full-time role requires accurate transactions, cash handling, returns processing, and membership verification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of retail or related experience.
• No degree required; relevant skills encouraged.
• Proficiency with MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.
• Customer service mindset with diplomacy and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, efficient front-end customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Consistently handle cashier duties with accurate register transactions and cash handling.
• Assist customers at the front of the store and respond to in-store and phone inquiries.
• Process customer returns and ensure items are restocked appropriately.
• Guide customers and answer questions about policies, memberships, pricing, and general inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of checkout lanes and front-end areas.
• Support sales, merchandising, and inventory teams with front-end tasks.
