BJ’s Wholesale Club in the United States is seeking a Merchandise Protection Associate to help protect members and assets while delivering outstanding service. You’ll monitor entrances and exits, perform bag checks, and assist members with a safe, friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Basic math skills preferred.
• Ability to use a smart handheld device.
• Must complete required training and certification processes.
• Must be employed with the company for at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Delivers superior member service, greeting, assisting, and thanking members.
• Resolves member concerns promptly and escalates when necessary.
• Maintains and exhibits merchandise protection procedures and shrink alert protocols.
• Audits Express Pay, BOPIC, curbside pickup, and other procedures.
• Inspects bags at exit to ensure policy adherence and safety.
