Job summary

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of front desk or guest services experience, prior supervisory responsibilities, and a calm, confident communication style. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of front desk/guest services/hotel or resort experience
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
• Confident communicator with guest-facing skills
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and solve problems on the fly
• Organized and adaptable, juggling multiple priorities
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead the daily Front Desk operation, keeping things organized and guest-focused.
• Make check-ins/outs feel effortless and welcoming for guests.
• Coach and schedule Guest Service Agents to build a supportive team culture.
• Train new staff on systems, processes and service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and take action to improve the experience.
• Support front office operations including room inventory, guest communications, and reporting.
