We're looking for a Front Desk Supervisor to help lead the team, keep the operation moving, and make sure every guest feels like they've landed exactly where they belong.

If you're a natural problem-solver, a people-first leader, and the kind of person who can keep things cool when the lobby gets busy, you might fit right in.

Here's What You'll Be Up To:

  • Lead the daily Front Desk operation, keeping things organized, efficient, and focused on creating a great guest experience.
  • Help make check-ins and checkouts feel effortless, welcoming, and worth remembering.
  • Coach, support, and schedule Guest Service Agents while helping create a team culture where people feel supported and set up to succeed.
  • Train new team members on systems, processes, service standards, and the operational know-how they need to hit the ground running.
  • Keep a pulse on guest feedback and reviews, jumping in to resolve concerns and find smart ways to make the experience better.
  • Support front office operations including room inventory, guest communications, reporting, system management, and budget-related activities.
  • Step into the Manager on Duty role when needed, including property walks and helping ensure the resort remains safe, secure, and guest-ready.
  • Help manage weekly inventory, supply ordering, and the everyday details that keep the Front Desk running smoothly.
  • Partner with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to keep the guest journey seamless from arrival to departure.
  • Support and champion our sustainability initiatives and community-minded approach to hospitality.
  • Follow up on guest reviews and feedback with professionalism, empathy, and a genuine commitment to making things right.
  • Pitch in wherever needed. Hospitality rarely goes exactly according to plan, and that's part of the fun.
  • You bring 3–4 years of front desk, guest services, hotel, or resort experience.
  • You have previous supervisory or team leadership experience and enjoy helping people grow, learn, and do their best work.
  • You're a confident communicator who can create genuine guest connections while building strong relationships with your team.
  • You know how to stay calm under pressure, think on your feet, and solve problems without losing your cool.
  • You're organized, adaptable, and comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
  • You believe great hospitality starts with inclusivity, teamwork, accountability, and treating people like people.
  • You're comfortable with Microsoft Office and can pick up new hospitality systems and technology without breaking a sweat.
  • You're available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including weekends and holidays.
  • A high school diploma or GED is required; hospitality-related education is a plus.
