Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years in customer service with supervisory experience.
• Experience with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Interview, train, schedule and supervise Front Desk team members.
• Greets and registers guests and provides information about the Resort.
• Process reservations and cancellations with cash and card handling.
• Record transactions in AR system and secure funds.
• Run end-of-day reports and reconcile cash/card activity.
• Maintain front entrance and office appearance; respond to guest concerns.
• Patrol the Resort to enforce rules and safety.
• Escalate issues to management as needed.
• Assist with mail/packages and guest communications.
