andCo Hospitality is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead daily guest services across our resort properties in Florida. You’ll supervise Guest Service Agents, manage check-ins and checkouts, and partner with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure a flawless guest journey.

We value calm leaders who solve problems, communicate warmly with guests and teammates, and can adapt to a fast-paced environment, including weekends and holidays. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of front desk, guest services, hotel or resort experience.
• Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
• Confident communicator with guests and team.
• Calm under pressure, quick thinker, problem-solver.
• Organized, adaptable, able to juggle priorities.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.

Mansioni

• Lead the daily Front Desk operation, keeping things organized and guest-focused.
• Manage check-ins/check-outs to feel effortless and welcoming.
• Coach and schedule Guest Service Agents, fostering team growth.
• Train new team members on systems, processes, and service standards.
• Monitor guest feedback and resolve concerns to improve experiences.
• Support front office ops including room inventory, reporting, and budgets.
• Step into Manager on Duty when needed and ensure safety and readiness.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest journeys.
