Competenze

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Clerical tasks include typing, filing, cash handling, and multi-tasking.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; experience with reservations/POS systems is a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee front desk operations including guest check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Monitor the switchboard and ensure excellent guest service; respond to inquiries and resolve complaints.
• Recruit, supervise, train, schedule, and direct front desk staff; ensure cash control and safety standards.
