Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations during assigned shifts to ensure smooth guest service.
• Perform all Front Desk Agent duties, including check-in, check-out, and guest communication.
• Assist the Front Desk Manager with training, coaching, and onboarding of front desk team members.
• Serve as the first point of contact for guest concerns and assist with service recovery, escalating issues as needed.
• Support scheduling coverage, shift assignments, and break coordination as directed.
• Ensure adherence to front desk procedures, cash-handling policies, and service standards.
• Assist in coordinating guest amenities, welcome gifts, and special requests during shifts.
• Monitor amenity delivery and escalate delays or issues to the Front Desk Manager as needed.
• Maintain a polished lobby and front desk presentation.
