Job summary

HALL Arts Hotel in Dallas is hiring an Assistant Front Office Manager to lead our luxury boutique front desk team and maintain the highest standards of guest service.

You will supervise Front Office Curators, Guest Service Agents, and Bell Staff on the floor, coach in the moment, manage check-ins, room assignments, and billing, and partner with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure flawless arrivals and seamless guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field is preferred.
• 3–5 years of front office experience in a hotel or resort setting.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations, PMS systems, and hotel procedures.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and mentor Front Office Curators, Guest Service Agents, and Bell Staff directly on the floor.
• Supervise daily front desk operations, guest registration, room assignments, and billing procedures to ensure brand standards.
• Assist in optimizing room inventory, upsell opportunities, and revenue during shifts.
• Develop talent through training on procedures and luxury service standards; handle escalations calmly.
• Collaborate with Housekeeping to prioritize room readiness and VIP arrivals.
