Qualifikationen

• Prior hotel front desk, guest services, or hospitality experience preferred, not required; we will train the right candidate with the right attitude.

• Deliver high-quality guest service on each shift and exceed guest expectations.
• Run the perfect shift by completing front desk checklists and upholding brand standards.
• Supervise front desk agents, monitor performance, and provide real-time coaching.
• Oversee front desk operations in the absence of the Front Desk Manager.
• Perform hands-on front desk duties and operate hotel front office systems.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new associates for a confident team.
• Handle additional responsibilities to maintain smooth operations.
