Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or hospitality preferred, but training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high guest service quality on every shift and exceed expectations.
• Lead the perfect shift, ensure checklists and standards are met.
• Supervise front desk staff and coach for performance.
• Step in as on‑shift leader in the absence of the Front Desk Manager.
• Perform hands-on front desk duties and operate systems as needed.
• Assist onboarding and cross-training of new associates.
• Handle additional responsibilities to maintain smooth operations.
