White Lodging Services, Inc. is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor to support daily hotel front office operations at one of our premium properties. This entry-level leadership role oversees the front desk team, owns shift operations, and delivers the guest experience that defines a premium stay.

The position is ideal for someone rising from a guest services role who wants a clear path to Front Desk Manager, with training provided and opportunities across multiple properties in the market.

Qualifications

• Front desk or guest services experience preferred, training provided.
• Aspire to a hotel leadership role with path to Front Desk Manager.
• Strong communication and guest service mindset.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-quality guest service on every shift.
• Run the 'perfect shift' with checklists and standards.
• Supervise front desk agents, monitor performance, and coach.
• Oversee operations in the absence of the Front Desk Manager.
• Perform hands-on front desk duties and operate systems.
• Assist with onboarding and cross-training.
• Handle additional responsibilities to maintain smooth operations.
