This entry-level leadership role offers a clear path to a Front Desk Manager, with emphasis on guest service, team supervision, and maintaining brand standards.

As part of the team, you will supervise front desk agents, coach in real time, and ensure smooth shift operations while delivering the exceptional guest experience that defines a premium

Responsibilities

• Deliver the highest quality guest service on every shift and exceed expectations

• Supervise front desk staff, monitor performance, and provide real-time coaching
• Oversee front desk operations in the absence of the Front Desk Manager
• Perform hands-on front desk duties and operate guest service systems
• Assist with onboarding, training, and cross-training of new associates
• Handle additional responsibilities to maintain smooth operations
