Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional guest service on every shift by anticipating needs and resolving concerns.
• Execute the “Perfect Shift” with checklists and brand standards.
• Lead and support Front Desk, AYS, and Executive Lounge teams through coaching and feedback.
• Serve as manager on duty in the absence of leadership, handling escalations.
• Perform Front Desk, AYS, and Executive Lounge duties as needed to ensure smooth operations.
