Job summary

Vacatia is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor for our Ocean Key Resort team in the United States. You will guide the front desk staff to ensure a warm welcome, seamless guest experiences, and flawless day-to-day operations.

The role focuses on leading by example, resolving guest concerns, coaching staff, and maintaining accuracy in cash handling and reservations. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required to support busy periods.

Qualifications

• 13 years of front desk experience and leadership experience within hospitality.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead a team, resolve issues and keep morale high.
• Computer proficiency and prior cash handling experience.
• Dependability, professionalism and flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in providing outstanding guest service.
• Support front desk operations including check ins, check outs, payments and reservations.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Train, mentor and motivate front desk clerks.
• Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and cash handling.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for special requests, early arrivals and late checkouts.
• Maintain a clean, safe and welcoming front desk environment.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards and guest confidentiality.
