Vacatia, Inc. is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front desk team at Ocean Key Resort. You will guide operations, coach staff, and ensure a warm welcome and seamless guest experiences.

This role requires 1–3 years of front desk and hospitality leadership, a High School Diploma or GED, strong customer service and communication skills, cash handling, and availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in providing outstanding guest service.
• Support front desk operations including check-ins, check-outs, payments, and reservations.
• Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally.
• Train, mentor, and motivate front desk clerks.
• Ensure accuracy in financial transactions and cash handling.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance for special requests, early arrivals, and late checkouts.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming front desk environment.
• Uphold company policies, safety standards, and guest confidentiality.
