You will oversee check‑ins/outs, reservations, VIP requests, and communications to guests, while guiding a team to deliver exceptional service.

The role emphasizes daily leadership, coaching teammates, maintaining safety standards, and driving value through rate and package strategies in a dynamic hotel

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful.
• At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly; manage check-ins/check-outs, reservations, VIP requests.
• Keep operations running by tracking logs, messages and packages, and ensuring professionalism and speed.
• Stay sharp on rates, packages, and promotions to boost room revenue while delivering value to guests.
• Build a strong team, train associates, and address guest concerns with confidence and safety standards.
