Job summary

CSM Lodging Services is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor for Courtyard, Denver Park Meadows. This role oversees front desk operations, assists guests with check-in/check-out, and processes reservations to uphold CSM quality standards and guest satisfaction.

You will train and coach front office staff, manage scheduling, and work with management to maximize revenue through service programs and room/amenity up-selling.

Qualifications

• 2+ years guest service experience required.
• Basic computer knowledge and excellent verbal skills needed.
• Attention to detail, customer focused and ability to perform in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk operations and guest check-in/check-out.
• Train and develop front office staff to uphold standards.
• Develop and implement service programs to increase guest satisfaction and revenue.
• Manage scheduling and labor to align with business needs.
