Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of employment experience in a related front desk/hospitality role.
• Knowledge of front office procedures and hotel operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate computer, calculator and telephone keyboards.
