Job summary

Marriott Denver South at Park Meadows is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to oversee daily front desk operations and uphold guest service standards. Qualifications

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 to 3 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Interview, select, train, schedule, coach, and support associates, ensuring alignment with brand standards and HHM values.
• Resolve guest complaints and determine effective solutions.
• Monitor guest satisfaction scores and work to improve satisfaction.
• Participate in lobby ambassador activities to enhance guest relations and repeat stays.
• Oversee front office operations in the absence of the Front Office Manager or Assistant General Manager.
• Perform bookkeeping activities such as balancing accounts and conducting audits.
• Make and confirm reservations.
• Promote marketing programs.
• Greet guests upon arrival, register and assign rooms.
• Provide welcome folders with room keys and certificates.
• Compute bills, collect payments, and handle cash.
• Close out guest accounts and authorize revenue adjustments if needed.
• Create action plans to remedy service deficiencies.
• Maintain cleanliness of entrances and public areas.
• Follow EarthView sustainability guidelines.
• Practice safe work habits per MSDS/OSHA standards.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.
