Job summary

The Westin Cincinnati, managed by Aimbridge Hospitality, invites applications for a Sales Coordinator to support the sales team and ensure seamless guest and client interactions. You will partner with the Director of Sales, Sales Managers, and Catering Manager on administrative tasks and client communications.

Responsibilities include filing, client coordination, and coordinating small group events while maintaining a high level of service in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in business, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
• Experience in a hotel sales or administrative role preferred.

Responsibilities

• Filing paperwork: manage sales files, contracts, and client communications with accurate records and fast processing.
• Master of connections: bridge teams and clients, ensuring alignment and quick internal/external responses.
• Guest happiness: greet clients professionally and coordinate small group sales and meetings to memorable experiences.
• Schedule: support regular days, weekends, and holidays to cover hotel needs with flexibility.
