• High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Ability to convey information and ideas clearly.
• Strong multitasking skills and initiative.
• Effective problem-solving abilities and deadline management.
• Ability to assimilate and adjust complex information to meet specific needs.
• Proficient in basic arithmetic and financial data.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls promptly and direct callers to the appropriate destination; maintain efficient communication within, to, and from the hotel.
• Maintain a warm and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Provide accurate information about the hotel and surrounding area; be familiar with emergency and VIP procedures.
• Maintain guest privacy; handle messages and faxes according to standards.
• Serve as radio dispatcher; record and relay guest requests; maintain daily activity logs and filing systems.
• Assist with front desk procedures, including bucket checks and other duties as assigned by the Front Desk manager.
