The Westin Cincinnati is seeking a Director of the Front Office to lead the entire Front Office team, ensuring exceptional guest experiences while maintaining strong financial controls. You will oversee check-in/out, room inventory, and brand standards, driving profitability and guest loyalty.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years of front desk leadership, OnQ certification, and a proven track record in revenue growth, staff development, and daily operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years front desk leadership experience or equivalent education/experience.
• OnQ PMS certification and 500+ room exposure preferred.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and multitasking; able to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Directs Front Office operations including check-in/check-out and room inventory management.
• Coaches, motivates, and trains Front Office staff; handles recruitment and evaluations.
• Monitors guest service trends and resolves issues to drive satisfaction.
• Launches marketing and up-selling strategies to optimize occupancy and revenue.
• Maintains daily reporting and participates in Manager on Duty shifts.
