Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s preferred.
• 2+ years in reservations and front desk operations; sales/retail experience ok.
• Proven leadership with energetic, guest-focused service mindset.
• Familiarity with Opera, GoConcierge, HotSOS, MS Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Guest Services as Front Desk Supervisor under the Front Office Manager.
• Handle reservations, VIP blocks, and guest inquiries with accuracy.
• Lead and train front desk staff; maintain proper records and policies.
• Coordinate with sales and other departments to maximize occupancy and revenue.
