Job summary

SLS LUX Brickell is seeking a Front Desk/Reception Agent to deliver high-quality, personalized service for arriving and in-house guests. You will greet, check-in guests, and provide city knowledge while maintaining privacy and confidentiality.

Under Front Office supervision, you will handle various guest requests, support VIP services, and contribute to a seamless overnight operation. Strong communication and multitasking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred; High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years in a public contact position, preferably in an upscale or lifestyle brand hotel
• Ability to work overnight
• Proficiency with computer systems such as Opera, Go Concierge, HotSOS, Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook
• Excellent communication, multitasking, and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting

Responsibilities

• Welcome, greet and check guests in
• Provide savvy knowledge of the hotel, services, and local happenings
• Respond to guest requests with appropriate service and follow-up
• Differentiate guest types and handle reservations, walk-ins, VIPs, and groups
• Maintain privacy and confidentiality of guest information and records
• Assist with reports and audits during the overnight shift
