Job summary

Renaissance Baton Rouge is seeking a full-time Front Desk (Guest Services) Supervisor to support the Guest Services Manager and oversee front desk operations. The role focuses on delivering attentive service to guests, maximizing occupancy, and maintaining smooth communication with rooms operations.

The position requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of hotel experience; supervisory experience is preferred. A valid driver’s license is also required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2-3 years of progressive hotel experience required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.

Responsibilities

• Take room reservations and quote rates.
• Monitor VIP and special guest requests.
• Review Front Office log and Trace File daily.
• Operate Front Desk computer system and related software.
• Ensure timely logging and delivery of messages, packages, and mail.
