Renaissance Baton Rouge is hiring a Lobby Attendant to uphold high cleanliness and service standards across lobby areas and public spaces. You will support room attendants as needed, manage linen delivery, and assist with trash disposal while maintaining safety and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes attentiveness and courtesy to guests and staff, with opportunities to contribute to a well-run, upscale hotel environment in Baton Rouge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high standards in lobby areas, restrooms, and perform room attendant duties as needed.
• Be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to guests, managers and fellow employees.
• Report maintenance issues to Housekeeping Supervisor/Manager.
• Handle Lost and Found items per hotel standards.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation in public areas and restrooms.
• Adhere to the schedule for project cleaning of public areas.
• Keep hallways, public areas and closets neat and organized.
• Deliver clean linen to assigned sections as needed.
• Collect trash from service landings and dispose of it per hotel procedures.
