Job summary

Renaissance Charleston Historic District Hotel in Charleston, SC seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead guest services and drive a memorable stay. You’ll guide the front desk team to ensure smooth check-ins/check-outs, handle guest requests, and uphold safety and standards with positive energy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework in a related field helpful.
• At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and keep check-ins/check-outs smooth and stress-free.
• Track logs, manage messages and packages, and ensure details are handled efficiently.
• Stay sharp on rates, packages, and promotions to boost revenue while maintaining value.
