Job summary

Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) Coronado is seeking a Supervisory Front Desk role within the NHG. You will oversee daily front desk operations, ensure guest service quality, manage lobby appearance, handle reservations, check-ins, and interactions with the chain of command.

The position requires coordinating staff across shifts, training associates, approving leave, and maintaining records. Willingness to work weekends/holidays and possibly rotate across locations aligns with military

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in administrative or professional roles.
• Specialized front desk/guest services experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise staff and coordinate shifts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee NHG front desk operations, lobby appearance, and guest service.
• Coordinate shifts, communicate with NHG staff and leadership.
• Train associates on NHG systems, SOPs, and annual training.
• Approve leave requests and manage payroll-related schedules.
• Operate PMS and POS to record transactions and reports.
• Ensure security of guests' rooms and keys.
