Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or at least one year of professional hospitality experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality preferred.
• 2 years front desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily front-of-house operations with bellmen and front desk agents.
• Provide outstanding guest service during check-in/check-out and reservations.
• Attend to guest needs and resolve issues to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Promote service standards and communicate across departments.
• Identify guests with special needs to ensure security and service.
• Observe and report unusual or suspicious behavior.
