Job summary

Shaner Hotels invites you to join the team at the 145-room SpringHill Suites Columbus Dublin, located in Bridge Park District. You will provide superior guest services from check-in to check-out, assist guests with local information, and ensure payments are processed according to hotel procedures.

We value friendly, professional service; prior hospitality or customer service experience is preferred. A bilingual English/Spanish ability is a plus, and a high school diploma is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year customer service experience; previous hotel experience preferred.
• Ability to satisfactorily communicate with guests, management, and co-workers to their understanding.
• Computer experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Knowledge of local activities and attractions appropriate for clientele.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior guest services including check‑in/check‑out hotel guests courteously and efficiently; process all payments according to established hotel requirements; Provide information and services to any guest or visitor in a friendly, professional manner.
