Qualifications

• One year experience in customer service in hospitality or similar industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Front Office Manager in managing the Front Office operations to achieve customer satisfaction and compliance with policies.
• Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome, inform on hours and local attractions.
• Complete registration promptly using the computer system, input guest details, and confirm room rate.
• Handle payments, balance house banks, and post charges to guest accounts.
• Communicate clearly with guests and staff; resolve complications and complaints through thorough research.
