HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor at Sheraton Music City in Nashville. The role directs the housekeeping team to maintain safe, clean, and guest-ready spaces, while upholding health and sanitation standards.

You will oversee room cleaning, public areas, and supply management, ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction. Ideal candidates have housekeeping experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 100 lbs.

Qualifications

• Housekeeping experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/carry up to 100 lbs with or without accommodation.
• Ability to move throughout the building, bend, stoop and reach to assist other staff.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise housekeeping staff with coaching, training and performance feedback.
• Interview, hire, train, evaluate performance and address discipline when needed.
• Oversee cleaning of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house to ensure cleanliness and guest satisfaction.
• Assign staff and manage supplies to control costs and maintain inventory.
• Address guest requests and concerns to ensure satisfaction.
• Maintain Lost and Found records and respond to inquiries.
• Implement emergency procedures to protect guests and staff.
• Adhere to attendance policies and perform other duties as assigned.
