HEI Hotels & Resorts is hiring an Outlet Supervisor for Sheraton Music City in Nashville, TN. You will assist the Outlet Manager in planning and managing the Restaurant, Room Service, and other outlets to meet guest expectations, maintain standards, and achieve financial goals.

You will supervise service staff, ensure compliance with liquor laws, and communicate daily with the outlet team to deliver outstanding experiences.

Qualifications

• Ability to use point of sale systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to supervise staff and manage service standards.

Responsabilités

• Monitor servers and busperson adherence to service standards.
• Supervise guest service and respond to service signals from guests.
• Assist Outlet Manager with staff scheduling and sidework.
• Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and company policies.
• Coordinate with restaurant management on events, house counts, and service flow.
