Job summary

Hyatt Hotels Corporation seeks a Front Desk Agent at Grand Hyatt Nashville to greet guests and manage arrivals with warmth and professionalism. The role includes check-in/out, guest inquiries, reservations, and concierge guidance to enhance an exceptional stay.

You will coordinate with housekeeping and other teams to ensure rooms are ready and guest needs are met promptly, while upholding Hyatt standards and security policies.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or a front desk role preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with PMS is a plus.
• Demonstrated success in providing high-quality guest service in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Manage check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to guest inquiries by phone and in person.
• Process reservations, payments and room assignments with accuracy.
• Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance to prepare rooms.
• Address and resolve guest concerns with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain a clean, organized front desk reflecting Hyatt standards.
• Provide concierge recommendations for dining, activities, and transportation.
