Job summary

You will supervise the front desk team, manage check-in/check-out, balance accounts, and coordinate with housekeeping and reservations; evenings/weekends required; duties may include acting Duty Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of front office or guest services supervisory experience in a hotel.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills with the ability to manage a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with guests, staff, and management.
• Proficiency in PMS, reservations, and check-in/check-out processes.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests promptly and courteously.
• Oversee reservations, front desk operations, and telephone services.
• Balance guest accounts daily and manage check-out process.
• Supervise front office staff and coordinate with housekeeping.
• Act as Duty Manager when required and handle guest issues promptly.
