Residence Inn Morgan Hill is seeking a Front Office Supervisor to oversee check-in/check-out, guest services, and front desk operations, ensuring courteous, efficient service and maximum occupancy.

You will manage PBX, answer inquiries, handle reservations, and supervise front desk staff, while following company standards and safety procedures. Prior hospitality or customer service experience and computer skills required.

Formación

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in hospitality or front desk preferred.
• Computer experience required.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
• Answer guest inquiries about services and local information.
• Operate Front Desk computer systems and PBX as needed.
• Supervise front desk staff and ensure adherence to standards.
