Sonesta International Hotels is seeking a Front Desk Supervisor to lead our front office team and deliver outstanding guest experiences at our Columbus property.

You'll oversee check-in/check-out, coordinate with other departments, and ensure service is aligned with Sonesta's warm, energetic People People culture. The role suits someone organized, service-driven, and capable of handling busy periods with professionalism.

Qualifications

• Experience in front desk or hospitality service is required.
• Proficient with PMS and POS systems.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced hotel environment.
• Strong communication and guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide exceptional service at check-in and check-out.
• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, billing, and information requests.
• Process transactions accurately using PMS and POS systems.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and recover service failures.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and leadership to ensure smooth operations.
• Support VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special guest experiences.
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Follow brand standards, safety guidelines, and procedures.
