Qualifications

• Experience in front desk, hospitality, or customer service.
• Strong communication and guest service orientation.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience using PMS, reservations platforms, and POS systems.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Positive, collaborative, service-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Welcome guests, check-in/out, and provide exceptional service.
• Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, and billing inquiries.
• Process transactions accurately using PMS and POS systems.
• Respond promptly to guest concerns and requests to ensure satisfaction.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, F&B, and leadership for smooth operations.
• Support VIP arrivals, group check-ins, and special guest experiences.
