Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years in hotels, supervisory experience, and a valid driver’s license, with certifications such as Food Handlers, CPR, and First Aid as a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in a related field helpful.
• 2–3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins/check-outs smoothly and stress-free.
• Handle reservations, VIP requests and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Track logs, manage messages and packages, and maintain operational details with speed and professionalism.
• Lead, train and develop the front desk team while addressing guest concerns and safety standards.
