Job summary

Homewood Suites Colorado Springs is seeking an experienced Front Desk Manager to lead the desk team, uphold brand standards, and deliver exceptional guest experiences. This hands-on role partners with the General Manager to train associates, manage schedules, address guest concerns, and drive performance across front office and related departments.

Qualifications

• Hands-on hospitality professional with leadership experience.
• Proven ability to train and develop associates.
• Experience in hotel operations and revenue-related tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assists in training new associates and newly promoted associates.
• Plans, schedules, assigns, directs, and reviews associate's work.
• Conducts staff meetings and ensures SOPs are followed.
• Counsels associates and manages Manager on Duty shifts.
• Assists in revenue management efforts to meet occupancy & ADR goals.
• Addresses guest concerns, resolves issues promptly, and maintains service standards.
• Supports budget development and oversees hotel operations for revenue growth.
• Maintains key control programs and motivates team through leadership.
