Job summary

Highgate Hotels, located at Residence Inn Las Vegas, 5875 Dean Martin Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89118, seeks an Front Office Supervisor to deliver courteous guest service, maximize occupancy and efficiently manage the front desk operations.

The role requires supervising front desk staff, ensuring smooth check-ins/checkouts, and maintaining knowledge of rates, packages and promotions. Candidates should have hospitality experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College coursework in related field helpful.
• Experience in a hotel or related field preferred.
• Computer experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Flexible and long hours sometimes required.
• Must be able to stand during entire shift.
• Must communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Must be able to multitask and prioritize duties.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at the Front Desk per Highgate standards.
• Operate PBX console and uphold hotel standards.
• Answer inquiries about services, facilities and hours.
• Log and deliver packages, mail and messages to guests and meeting rooms.
• Review Front Office log and Trace File daily.
• Handle guest questions about restaurants, transportation and entertainment.
• Follow cash handling and credit policies.
• Be familiar with rates, packages and promotions.
