Ideal candidates have at least six months at the front desk and one year of supervisory experience, with excellent communication and keen attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Six or more months of front desk experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily front desk operations and oversee front desk staff.
• Support team members and ensure guests have a smooth, memorable stay.
• Uphold policies and brand standards across operations.
• Perform duties of a Guest Service Representative when needed.
