Hampton Inn & Suites – Madison / Downtown is seeking a Guest Service Supervisor to oversee front desk operations and lead a team dedicated to exceptional guest experiences. The role requires open availability, including weekends and holidays, with emphasis on leadership and guest service excellence.

The position offers part-time hours with on-site work at 440 W Johnson St, Madison, WI 53703. Prior hotel supervisory experience is preferred, and wage progression is provided through designated

Qualifications

Strong leadership and organizational skills with experience in guest services or hospitality management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Previous supervisory experience in hospitality is preferred, but training is available.
