You will guide team members, manage reservations and VIP requests, and help maintain hotel standards while driving guest experiences that turn moments into memorable stays. Requires strong leadership and outstanding service mindset.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field required.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and manage check-ins/outs with warmth and efficiency.
• Track logs, messages, packages, and ensure accurate handling and communication.
• Adjust room rates, packages, and promotions to boost revenue while delivering value.
• Lead and train associates; resolve guest concerns while maintaining safety and standards.
