Qualifications

• 5 years' combined experience in guest services and supervisory roles in hotels or related areas preferred.
• Strong knowledge of front desk operations and service recovery.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and reservation systems.
• Experience leading and motivating a team toward service excellence.
• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Promote exceptional customer service by leading with positivity and professionalism.
• Respond promptly and effectively to guest questions and requests.
• Foster strong working relationships within Guest Services and across departments.
• Support new team members with training and guidance on service procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement through coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
