Job summary

Sheraton Minneapolis West Hotel in Minnetonka seeks a Front Office supervisor to lead staffing and operations at the front desk.

You will interview, hire, train and schedule front desk agents, supervise guest service staff, and ensure smooth check-in/out experiences while maintaining high service standards. Responsibilities include operating the MICROS system and coordinating with housekeeping and engineering to meet guest needs.

Responsibilities

• Staffing front office associates including interviewing, hiring, supervising, training and scheduling front desk agents, front office supervisors, guest service aides/bell staff, concierge staff and PBX operators.
• Knowledgable in Front Office roles and duties and perform duties as needed.
• Operate the MICROS system at the front office and handle daily transactions.
• Check AM and PM discrepancy reports.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping and Engineering regarding guest rooms and maintenance requests.
• Greet and check guests in/out, answering questions and assisting guests.
