Job summary

The position requires 1-2 years in hospitality with supervisory experience, strong communication, and knowledge of hotel operations. Full-time schedule includes evenings and potential additional shifts.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years hospitality experience with at least 1 year supervisory experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School or equivalent education required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee front desk operations and guest flow to ensure smooth check-in/check-out.
• Lead by example, coach Talent, and ensure brand standards are met.
• Handle guest complaints and coordinate with other departments for guest satisfaction.
• Manage Front Desk quality standards and financial transactions within policy.
• Serve as Manager on Duty and supervise daily hotel operations.
