TownePlace Suites Humble, part of Aimbridge Hospitality, seeks a Front Desk Supervisor to lead guest services and front desk operations. You will oversee check-ins/outs, reservations, VIP requests, and ensure a memorable guest experience with a friendly, professional team.

The role emphasizes supervising staff, maintaining service standards, and coordinating with maintenance and housekeeping to deliver consistent quality in a dynamic hotel environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; college coursework helpful.
• 2–3 years progressive experience in hotel or related field.
• Previous supervisory experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Compliance with certification requirements may include Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests with warmth; manage smooth check-ins/outs, reservations, VIP requests.
• Track logs, manage messages and packages; ensure timely, professional handling of details.
• Monitor rates, packages, and promotions to boost room revenue while delivering value.
• Lead and train associates; address guest concerns and maintain safety and standards.
