The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, problem solving, and professional communication, with a focus on service excellence, teamwork, and efficient check-in/check-out processes.

Qualifications

• Prior hospitality/front desk experience or reservations background preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Strong customer-service mindset and guest-oriented approach.
• Able to learn new systems and software quickly.
• Weekend availability is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise front desk staff, reservations, and bell staff as needed.
• Ensure all daily functions from checklist are completed.
• Greets guests and checks them in and out.
• Answer phones and handle inquiries.
• Post transactions manually and via computer systems.
• Handle payments by cash, card, or check.
• Distribute mail and messages to guests.
• Resolve guest concerns and complaints.
• Take reservations and provide directions/answers to guest questions.
• Enter wake-up calls as requested.
• Perform additional duties assigned by Front Office Director.
